Gents, I'm in need of a new fishing winter suit any recommendations? Its need to be 2 piece, warm, water proof and most importantly hard wearing! I've had good makes in the past that rip very easily. Thanks in advance

I buy a new suit every year usually because I've ripped it on barbed wire fences, undergrowth,or just through general fishing wear and tear. I never pay a lot for them because I know I'll only wreck it but this year I decided to pay a bit more and got one of these. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Imax-ARX-20-Ice-Thermo-Sea-Fishing-Suit-100-waterproof-comfort-zone-down-to-20/311459714250?hash=item48847214ca:g:A9AAAOSw4HVWE9MXThere's a lad on Facebook from Darlington selling them for £85 so I went through and picked one up and have to say I should have bought one years ago,far superior to anything I've had previously, very warm, properly waterproof, and not just water resistant like some suits, the material is good quality and feels tough enough. I'm a medium but got a large so I can put some layers underneath when it's gets properly cold. Just checked and he's still selling them if you're interested,Marc.

Got to say I’ve been pleased with the Aldi specials Marc, On their third Winter for me - the salopettes are dead toasty. Jacket is ok but I have a couple of different Seeland (shooting brand) jackets that I tend to use more.I am after a quality waterproof jacket. Anyone tried the Fortis marine? Got a Fortis snugpak jacket - sorted for the cold clear days. Quality.
