Yeah iv give up I have two days off work before close season , and ain't gonna bother , weird isn't it too much water now and come June ,July ,August we will likely be praying for flush throughs can't win , still back in Stockton club joining this week , and Brad no 1 ,so got some Stillwater's not commercials , so looking forward to few nice fishing sessions to pass time , anyone know how bishy mill and westgate are going recent seasons ,always used to get a tench or two I to dark at weary ,and think bishy had just been stocked with stuff season I didn't rejoin

There's still a chance I'll get out on the river. However, I'll lose no sleep if it doesn't happen. I don't mind a bit of extra water, provided the fish play ball and it's not windy. The tench aren't exactly crying out to me just yet, but they are starting to whisper a bit.

Yeah with you on that , humid cloudy mornings and evenings , fishing for tench as good as it gets Stillwater fishing , must get back to it this year

Not great at all. I was on the Swale yesterday late afternoon/ evening. Got a soaking and came in really cold 😢. All for a three pound chub (at least) Rising fast before I left. Unbelievable how far it must have been over the banks recently looking at the debris line. Was hoping to be out piking tomorrow but looking doubtful.

I was out this morning but was pointless level was ok on lower Tees but colour was chocolate no visibility at all 🙁 more rain now so doubt the colours gonna drop out before friday 🙁🙁
