Hello there, just getting back into my fishing after nearly 2 years' absence and am itching to go for a night fishing session or two but am unsure where to go.
I'm currently a member of Yarm so have access to the ATDAC waters, am I right in thinking that ATDAC allow night fishing on some of their waters?
Ideally I'm looking for somewhere out the way, nice and quiet. Never been to any of the ATDAC waters before (except Piercebridge).
Not after any particular species or anything, quite happy as long as I get a bite or two.
I'll be coming from the Darlington area so the closer to there the better but am willing to travel further if needs be.
Any locations or other advice much welcome.
Thanks,
Scott

No night fishing on ATDAC waters, somewhere in the rule book it gives the earliest and latest times you can be on the waters

Ah right, cheers. I do have the rule book for ATDAC kicking about somewhere. So can you recommend anywhere else?
I notice a couple of people posting about night fishing, where is it people go?
Lakes or rivers, either will be good. I know of the various free sections of the Tees, but would rather go somewhere more secure - either fenced in or slightly more off the beaten track, as I fish on my own. I've been down to Broken Scar in the (distant) past but don't like leaving the motor there and I'm always looking over my shoulder.
Edit: it's not catch reports I'm after, just somewhere to go night fishing.

join stockton mate if ur wanting to night fish tees Thanks a lot, I've sent them an email.
I've looked at their site before but never found anything about night fishing on their waters, so I just thought they wouldn't allow it, same as Yarm.

Just seen the second post Don't think the parking in Blackwell is too bad Thanks for the suggestion, whereabouts in the Blackwell area should I park, is it just at the bridge?
I'm not from Darlington so I don't know the area that well.

Thanks a lot for the replies, I'll have a bit of a reccy down at Blackwell, never been down there before.
Which side is the free fishing on, from a few years back I remember the south bank(?) was one of the Darlington clubs' waters.
Haven't had a reply from Stockton yet.
Any other suggestions welcome, anybody know of any lakes that allow night fishing round this neck of the woods?
