ive come across it a few times but I'm rarely on the tees. dnt think its down to members but the others that think they have rites to fish it without paying subs....find its getting worse specially with the not so English folk. most times I have gone I have found not just rubbish but lines in the water, even lines from the bridge at dinsdale hooks and baited up.along the lower tees(not Middlesbrough water) but free sections the an enormous anounts if illegal fishing going on lines in water tied of to a tree or stick rammed into the mud with multiple hooks attached.

I was walking tees stretch over weekend and there was a group of youths on bikes coming along the road they weren't members and they were miles from any free stretches

That stretch is always going to be a problem given how close it is to the road, always happens at this time of year. The stretch is regularly visited by club officials but they can't always be there.
Ive only ever fished it in the winter and it's always quiet.
