I was out fishing last night, which wasn't very productive, so I took a few pics of the night sky. There was too much light pollution where I was, but I managed to capture the milky way and what is either a shooting star or a satellite (it wasn't visible to the naked eye). Still learning new tricks, so hopefully be able to improve them

I think the trail is something slow moving. If you look carefully, it's not exactly a straight line, which probably indicates rotation of earth during the 25 seconds of shutter being open to the light. My guess is a satellite

Very nice shot of Orion there jimlad, that foreground works & makes it a lovely overall image
