Hudeshope Beck is a stream that rises on the Teesdale fells and was used in the local lead mining industry many years ago. It runs quickly down to Middleton-in-Teesdale where it joins the Tees and has several waterfalls on its route. Easily accessible by public footpath from the bridge in Middleton. A grey miserable day when I made the trip but ideal for photographing water.

Long time since I was up that way. Fantastic photos of a wonderful piece of our local world. Must of looked a lot different when they dammed it to then break the dam to flush out the lead.
