A couple of shots of Richmond Falls that I took recently. Walked over The Mercury bridge and across the field to to get a better view. Bit of water in but nice and clear rather than the peaty tinge that The Swale usually carries.

Lovely stretch of river that. And the limit for coarse fish on the seals (though some question that)

not caught any myself but heard of the odd dace getting caught above the falls.never had anything but trout/grayling meself.

theres barbel furth downstream from there just after the bridge beleive it or not had first when i was 10 year old!

Yup, not easy to catch but the falls are the highest that barbel (and other coarse fish) get too on the swale

well in with a bloke just downstream of the old station pub just below the bridge,some rite munsters hang on the far bank.had some good bules from redhouse just downstream from there,trout are a pain though.

Richmond have upto redhouse farm,above there anyone fishes it.bitt im going on is opposite bank I know the bloke so can fish from his lawn,and drop under the tree's were I seen em last year.
