Not a bad thing my eyes the leaves are a nightmare atm so this should flush everything through especially with the wind were getting helping the leaves to fall off the trees

Tees and swale both up again last night. Im trying to work out what they will be like for the weekend (never get to fish during the week). Last weekend i could see there would be a fall in level on saturday morning before rain came up in the dales late morning. Got out for a couple of hours while it was dropping, still really high though. 1 bite and a 3 and half pound chub before I made my escape and the rain came. Was pleased enough with that, bearing in mind the conditions. Heavy forecast friday so im just trying to work out if there'll be an hour or two when i can get out when its runnung off slightly. Wait and see.

I wanted to go Friday night but can't. Forecast for the weekend looks interesting. I'm think of bird flight at low tide.

Just been in touch with my sea angling expert mate and he reckons it might just be too big on Saturday and Sunday.
Back to the drawing board....

Just drove south . Swale is Very swollen and chocolate brown. The ure has broken its banks and is in the fields, the nidd is almost at the field as well.
The wharfe just looked like a raging torrent.
Further south I saw an ark being loaded with animals. Bit confused though with the two male lions - good luck breeding them
