deffo a start,but still the fines are too low.get them increased to a grand for no rod licence minimum and the same for fishing out of season,might frighten a few people.cant understand how some can get fined 30 quid and some 200 quid for same offence.

£27 is a small price to pay to have cracking waterways to fish,there,ll always be dogders cause theres not enough EA officers to petrol and enforce it.

totally agree ste,you will always get your re'offenders,but wen they are getting £30.00 fines they will take that chance again.give em a grand they might think differantely.
should be a set price either way not one getting one fine the other a different one.
