Anyone know where u can legally fish for brownies with bomb and worm on the tees in closed season? I'm a member of Stockton so any of their water or ATDAC?

Technically you probably can worm fish for trout with bomb method, but is it really the correct thing? Why not try free line worm, maybe with one or or two split shot on the line. Much more enjoyable method.
Piercebridge would be the place to try.

The river bottom gets very rocky up there, where the trout are, therefore you’re quite likely to lose your bottom gear. It’d give Kevs suggestion a go or try trotting a float down.

As far as I'm aware, none of the Tees clubs allow worming for trout in the coarse fishing closed season. However, local byelaws do allow it when no further authority (riparian rights holders) objects. The reality of this is that it's only really permissible on the few bits of free water that are out there (Broken Scar and Barnard Castle). Going for it much further downstream than Broken Scar would be pushing your luck. It's not as if trout are the dominant species further downstream.
