Whilst on photos , does anyone know how much you pay for decent camera and tripod where you can take your own photos ?
Have seen a few people doing it , and I often go on my own , and would be better to give fish true perspective as appossed to taking photo of fish on unhooking mat , cheers

If you've got a decent phone download a self take app. I use 'photo timer +' which is free to use.
I use it with a 'quad lock' phone case and tripod adapter which I just put into a bank stick.
I just set the timer on the app to take 5photos over 15 sec's and usually end up with a couple decent ones.

I use Photobucket and it's always been fine, what problems have everyone been having with them? Andy, get a cheap point and shoot camera with a timer facility and a screw in adapter for a couple of quid off ebay and just screw it into a bankstick rather than carry a tripod about. Got my first one from cash converters so it didn't really matter if I dropped it in or stood on it .

Got it working now. Put [/img] either side of image link. Photobucket are basically making you sign up to pay f you want to utilise them to share images

Now that Photobucket are trying to charge everyone for using the service I've noticed that Imgbb seems to be a popular free site for uploading photos but it means us having to click the link to view the photo. Jim worked out a way to embed the photo into each post but when I had a mess about with the site I noticed that if you use the BBCodefull option the photo will appear in the post automatically. Might be teaching me granny to suck eggs here but it might help. One other thing is if you delete a photo from Photobucket it will be removed from the forum aswell but with Imgbb it doesn't, so although you don't get much space if you delete the photo once it's posted you'll keep all your space.
