BCAA has acquired lease of the fishing at Woodhall Lake in Stanningley, on the border between Leeds and Bradford. The club will be working with Leeds Council and other partners in the medium term with the aim of restoring the lake and to improve the fishing for members. BCAA Private Fishing signs will be put up once our risk assessments have been approved. You can fish this water now though what species are in there is still unsure

Right, here are the rules agreed by the Committee last week. 1. Only lead-free and non-toxic weights/shot allowed. 2. No spinning. 3. No keep nets. 4. No night fishing. 5. No fishing from islands or boardwalks. 6. Anglers with a disability have priority use of the dedicated platform. 7. Coarse fishing season rules apply, per p23 of the 2016 yearbook.
