Hi lads just gonna start this thread which Dazr made a suggestion for basically its just to share a bit more info on the state of the river while you where fishing, we know we can check the levels on various sites, but this gives no info on flow, colour or temp if you take it. so if you have a day out please share this info as it may help a fellow angler if they are thinking of fishing the same river the following day ( thats if it remains at similar levels ). I will start us off......Daz and myself fished the Swale yesterday 20th Jan 2015, the river had a bit of extra flow to normal and was up about a foot still, it was still carrying a bit of colour but not muddy more that olive green, the water temp was between 2 and 3 degrees

Good idea Mick. As said hard going when its that green colour which I have always associated with snow melt water.

River Tees around Dinsdale 21/01/15 river was at normal level and dropped about 4 inches during the course of the day, colour was clear, flow was more than normal and was at running pace or a fast walk in the deeper stretches

River at asenby was still holding a bit of colour today but not too bad at all. Not a great deal of flow and level looking good.
