I always take a dslr camera and tripod when I'm out fishing but recently I've been trying to reduce the amount of gear I carry when I'm out. I have a small Canon point and shoot camera that'll fit in me pocket so I've been trying to get it to take a decent shot using the manual settings. For the level of camera I'm quite pleased with the results I got today, taken this shot before but like the composition.

Brilliant you certainly have a eye for a good shot ....if you ever manage to get a pic through each season would you consider doing a forum calendar? ?

No bother,Mick. If anyone wanted to come up with any fishing venues they'd like to include I'll have a ride over to get a couple of shots. Need plenty of notice though because the weather dictates the lighting conditions, don't want any boring, dull, flat photographs. Front cover will be you with a double figure Tees barbel,I'll be on standby to come over to take the photos .
