Been for a walk along the Association water at Piercebridge today. Lovely winter grayling water and some good chub aswell that not many seem to bother with. Wasn't carrying a rod today just a tripod and camera, weather was a bit gloomy but manged a couple that I was pleased with.

Give it a go,Andy,if you fancy it. It's all digital,I used to take loads of shots and delete most of them before I learnt to "see" what might make a good photograph. As anglers we see beautiful places at the best times of day to take photos, dawn and dusk,we're already there so might aswell take a couple of shots while we're blanking . The gear can be a bit expensive but taking photos is free.
