Access from Roundhill Avenue - then a canny hike across a couple of fields - then down to river. From memory when I've had a gander, quite overgrown - not a lot of access to the river. Also slow moving as it meets the Tees. Never fished it though....

should get yaself on the leven andy at grt ayton.got about a mile of free water.200yds up from posh school you got free water right through to little ayton.below posh school you got half a mile, plenty of brownies in there bud.back of stokesley high street free aswell, bout 400yd stretch.
if you want some good free water on the dove/severn at kirby moorside let me no ile send you info.
think its in the were to fish section anyways.....worth a throw in saltburn beck aswell.you got a good 2 mile of beck to fish with brownies and a run of sea trout from sea upstream as far as waterfall were viaduct is then it becomes guisbrough ac.
you should try get yourself in skutterskelf angling club they have some grt water around crathorn/hutton rudby you'd love it and its stocked by lord craythorne aswell as your wild fish and theres grayling up there too, aswell as dace and odd chub.

limits as in methods or boundarys. all the way through highstreet downstream untill river disapears into wood.opposite suggits icecream upstream through gate to posh school which is fenced anyway.got around another 3/4 mile upstream heading toward little ayton before it comes into farmers fields then private......all methods work, just maggot not allowed fella.
checkout the were to fish section,i put a post up in there many moons ago about the river dove and river severn through kirby moorside heading towards malton.place called sinnington/keldolm.fishing is free in village, signs for private fishing are clearly seen.fly n worm only no lures.
