its worth fishing mate just for the roach that are in there, id be suprised if there isnt a number of 2lb fish in it, if theres fish over a pound theres bound to be 2s,there not like roach you get out of commercials ietehr, really dark fish with blood red fins, proper nice fish.

yeh it is mick, its nice mate, ive heard theres tench and carp in it but ive never seen any myself, its fairly deep aswel at around 8ft in the middle and 6ft in the edge so id be suprised if it didnt fish in the winter, the only problem is it drops off right in to the woods so i would imagine it will have a lid on it fairly regular if we have a bad winter, hopefully we will have a good un tho.

A lot of problems with the Gill Im afraid! biggest being the local kids, you will never stop em fishing it, and if you pull em up they just tell you fook off, and then look out for yer car, the only parking is by the roadside, and its a decent walk down to the pond, drinking, air rifles and dogs, its got the lot, thats why nobody wants to know, if Johno from Kieths is taking it on it might work as he's a local lad, can only wish him luck, plenty have tried tho
